Put ur palm oil on fire in a pot den add ur ground red ball pepper,scotch bonnet,garlic,ginger,daddawa,black pepper n cloves n fry

Den add ur water,seasonings n salt n allow d water to boil

Den u wl bring ur wash fish and start by putting d head of d fish n put ur onions,after like 2mins den u put d remaining parts and add onions den wl cover ur pot and allow the fish to cook(u know fish don’t need too much water,fire n turning)
