Cheese Corn Samosa
Steps

Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt, malai, oil and mix it well

Add water step by step and make a semi soft dough and give it rest for 15 to 20 minutes

Take a bowl add carrot, capsicum, coriander, chilli ginger paste, garam masala, amchur powder, chat masala, salt, black pepper and mix it well

Now add Cheese and mix it softly

Now make roti out of the dough and cut it into two halves and add mixture on both halves and close it in samosa shape

Now fry it until golden brown and then serve it with Chutney
