Fudgy Brownies with Shiny Crust (Fail-Proof)

This is my fourth time making fudgy brownies, and finally, the shiny crust appeared. The key is in the dark chocolate and the way you mix the eggs and sugar. 😅
Fudgy Brownies with Shiny Crust (Fail-Proof)
This is my fourth time making fudgy brownies, and finally, the shiny crust appeared. The key is in the dark chocolate and the way you mix the eggs and sugar. 😅
Steps
- 1
Melt the dark chocolate, margarine, and vegetable oil using a double boiler.
- 2
Beat the 2 eggs and granulated sugar (make sure the sugar is completely dissolved. This is the second key to getting the shiny crust). Let it sit for 15 minutes after beating.
- 3
After resting, mix the egg mixture with the sifted cocoa powder and flour. Stir until well combined.
- 4
Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir again until smooth.
- 5
Pour into a greased and parchment-lined baking pan (I used a 20x20 cm pan). Decorate with your desired toppings. Bake at 340°F (170°C) with top and bottom heat for 30 minutes.
