1 cupwater
1/3 cupvinegar
1/3 cupsugar
1/5 tspsalt
3-4large garlic grated
1/2 tspred chilli pepper or 4 pieces red chilli 🌶
part 2
1/2 tspcornstarch
2 tbspwater

Mix all ingredients in part 1 on a pan and bring to a boil for about 5m

Mix part 2 and add to the pan

Boil till a slightly thick consistency is formed according to own preference thickness

Store in a jar
