I wanted to have meringues that were just the right level of sweet.

Steps

Whip the egg whites until they form soft peaks.

Add granulated sugar in 2~3 batches and whip until shiny.

Set a round tip and place the batter into pastry bag. Pipe the meringue into your favorite shapes.

I used 2 baking sheets.

Bake in 210F/100℃ oven for about 60 minutes (if you add time, continue at 210F/100℃ for another 20 minutes.)
