  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupDesi ghee
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 3 cupwater

    Add ghee in kadhai.

  2. 2

    Add flour and roast it till golden.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and water and stir continuously till it leaves kadhai

  4. 4

    Halwa is ready to serve.
