Steps

Clean the pomfret fish thrughly with water

Cut the fish with a sharp knife as seen in the picture

Marinate the fish with salt & Turmeric powder for 10 minutes

Now fry the fishes on hot mustard oil till golden brown

Now add cumin and whole spices to the oil then add Onion garlic paste stir continuously.now add tomato ginger paste and other spices with little bit of sugar to it.stir it till the oil is separated.now add 1 cup of water to it make it boil,add the fried fishes to the curry,turn the gas off after 5 minutes.serve with the coriander leaves.yummy pomfret curry is ready.
