Valentine's special
#thefascinatingfoodie
How it orginated:
The naked cake trend was started by Christina Tosi of Momofuku Milk Bar in New York. After spending years making cakes, Tosi wondered why she was covering up the most exciting part of her bakes – the cakes themselves – and naked cakes were born.
Why you should try my recipe:
-** Made in pressure cooker
-Eggless cake
-to make presentable but hasle free cake decor
-If you don't like lots of Frosting on your cake

Mixture 3:in Another bowl add Caster sugar, vegetable oil mix it well this will help add air in your sponge
Add curd to this mixture and mix againNow time to assemble 3 mixtures
Add mixture 1 and 2 alternatively and in parts to mixture 3
Make sure you mix it well but you DON'T over mix
- 2
Grease the cake mould with butter and place a round cutted butter paper on the base and pour the batter in it
Preheat the pressure cooker (without whistle and rubber ring) for 5 min now place the mould in the cooker and bake it for 30-40 minutes
Before removing the mould out of cooker check the cake by pricking the cake at Centre with toothpick.
Clean tooth pick indicates cake has been cooked properly else put it to Cook again. - 3
Frosting:
