Mixed vegetables Oats Chila

First soak all the dry ingredients together except all vegetables. Leave it overnight.

Next day add all veggies and mix it properly.

Take a dosa tawa and turn on the flame. Heat it and add few drops of oil. Then batter and start making dosa one by one. If one side done flip it to other side. Then enjoy.
