Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 grams●All-purpose flour
  2. 150 ml●Japanese dashi stock
  3. 200 ml●Water
  4. 1 can- 80 grams ●Canned tuna
  5. 1●Egg
  6. 2 tbsp●Bonito flakes
  7. 1 dash●Salt
  8. 2Chinese garlic chives
  9. 3 tbspSesame oil
  10. 1Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce or okonomiyaki sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the ● ingredients to a bowl, and mix well.

    Cut the Chinese garlic chives into 1 cm lengths.

    Mix the Chinese garlic chives into the Step 1 batter. Add the water, and adjust the consistency.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan, and cook the batter.

    It burns easily, so please make it thin and roll up. Cook over low heat.

    When finished cooking, cut into 4 portions.
