Ingredients

  1. 1whole wheat pita
  2. 1/2avocado
  3. 2egg whites
  4. 1 dashpaprika

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil two eggs for about 7-10 minutes when done run under cold water and peel the eggs n scoop out the yolk and throw out

  2. 2

    Cut an avocado in half

  3. 3

    Mash the egg whites and the avocado together in a bowl and dash with paprika

  4. 4

    When done add the avocado and egg inside a nice whole wheat pita

  5. 5

    You can add whatever you like such as lettuce/tomato/red onions etc

I made something very similar last week. It was awesome added a little yellow mustard and a squeeze of lime. Yum!
