Ingredients

  • 4thawed tilapia filets
  • 1blackening seasoning of your choice
  • 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 1 cupgrated parmesan.cheese

    Preheat broiler

  2. 2

    Sprinkle each side of fish with blackening seasoning to taste

  3. 3

    Cook 3 minutes on each side in a skillet on medium heat sprayed with nonstick spray.

  4. 4

    Place tilapia filets in a baking dish and spread mayonnaise over each piece

  5. 5

    Sprinkle cheese evenly on each filet.

  6. 6

    Place in broiler approximately 3.minutes until cheese browns

  7. 7

    If you feel fish isn't cooked enough... Put in a 400° oven for a few minutes

  8. 8

    Fish should be flaky but not dry

  9. 9
