Steps

Take a bowl add all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, Cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, sieve it well
Mix it - 2
Add oil, milk, milkmaid and vanilla essence
Mix well - 3
Add magic colours
White vinegar
Then mix well - 4
Pour batter into greased mould
Place mould in preheated panv - 5
Cook in low medium heat for 25-30 minutes
Cake is ready let it cool - 6
Remove from mould
Cut top part
Divide cake
Break top part and make crumbs - 7
Beat whipping cream.
Still stiff peaks
Brush sugar syrup on cake layer and add a thick layer of cream in it place another cake layer add sugar syrup and a thick layer of cream
Cover came with cream layers and decorate with cake crumbs and cream - 8
Cake is ready
