  2. 185 gSugar, Powdered
  3. 1Egg (Large)
  4. 10 gVanilla Extract
  5. 1 gAlmond Extract
  6. 375 gFlour
  7. 8 gBaking Powder
  8. 4 gSalt, Kosher

Cooking Instructions

    [Mixing Bowl] Mix (225g) Butter, & (185g) Powdered Sugar.

  2. 2

    [Mixing Bowl] Mix (1) Egg, (10g) Vanilla Extract, & (1g) Almond Extract.

  3. 3

    [Mixing Bowl] Mix (375g) Flour, (8g) Baking Powder, & (4g) Kosher Salt.

  4. 4

    [Parchment Paper] Roll out dough to 1/4 thick.

  5. 5

    [Parchment Paper] Cut dough into desired shapes.

  6. 6

    [Oven] Cook at 400° for 7-8 Minutes. Remove before browning.

    Allow 2 minutes to cool, then transfer cookies to cooling rack.
