Lemon Tart with Almond & Walnut Crust
Steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan oven)

Mix together plain flour, chopped walnuts, almonds and melted butter
- 3
Press into a baking tin and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, allow to cool

In a saucepan over a high heat whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and lemon juice until well incorporated

Add butter whisking constantly, until mixture is thickened and coats the back of a spoon
- 6
Pour mixture onto pastry case and bake for 35 minutes
- 7
Cool before serving
