4-5garlic cloves
2 inchginger
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspchilli powder

Peel off tomatoes,ginger and garlic. And grind them into a fine paste.

Cook for 3-4 minutes in a sauce pan. Add chilli powder and salt. Cook for another 1 minute.

Tomato pureé is ready.
