Multiseed Wheat flour Cake

In a mixing bowl take oil and sugar,beat till fluffy.Add yogurt beat again till fluffy.Keep aside.

In another nowl take wheat flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt.Mix well.Sieve twice.

Add flour mix to sugar-oil mixture.Add flour in batches.Fold wirh gentle strokes.Add all flour and mix.Add vanilla essence,chopped dry fruits and half of the seeds.Reserve half of the seeds for garnishing.

Meanwhile,preheat an oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.

Grease a baking tray and transfer the batter into tray.Garnish with seeds.Tap 2-3times.

Bake at 180 °c for35-40 minutes.

Take out,cool and demould.Multiseeds flour cake is ready to be served.
