A great way to use up loads of ground meat and onions!

Make sure to chop up the onions very finely, and to keep frying until they caramelise. Recipe by kanappe29

Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsGround meat
  2. 1approx. 3 medium Onion
  3. 1Olive oil
  4. 1Salt
  5. 1Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Finely chop the onion, and slowly sauté until caramelised. Use a high heat first, and turn it down to low after the onions are cooked through.

  2. 2

    Then add the ground meat, and break it up while cooking, until it becomes crumbly.

  3. 3

    Once cooked, transfer it to a tray and leave to cool.

  4. 4

    Once cooled, divide it into your desired amount, and wrap in cling film. Store in the freezer.
