1 cupfresh strawberries
1/4Lemon OR 2 tablespoons of lemon juice if you don't have fresh
1/2 cupice cold water
5ice cubes
1 tbspsweetener of your choice. I like honey but you can use maple syrup, sugar, splenda, etc.
