  • 1 cupfresh strawberries
  • 1/4Lemon OR 2 tablespoons of lemon juice if you don't have fresh
  • 1/2 cupice cold water
  • 5ice cubes
  • 1 tbspsweetener of your choice. I like honey but you can use maple syrup, sugar, splenda, etc.
