Homemade chocolate

Steps

First in a pan, add 1/2 cup Sugar, 1/4 cup Water and make sugar syrup out of it. Melt the sugar on low flame.

Stir sugar syrup continuously and add 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence and 2 drops of lemon.

Now add 2 tbsp Cocoa powder and mix it well.

Stir all ingredients together well.

Now turn the flame on medium and let it boil. As shown in the picture below.

Now add 1/8 cup of milk and let it boil.

Now let it boil more till the colour changes to dark brown or Chocolate colour.

Now immediately start pouring the liquid into the chocolate mould. Otherwise it will cool down and it will be very hard.

Now add chopped mixed Dry fruits for crunch, it's optional. And let it set for an hour.
