Ingredients

5-6 people
  1. 1 1/2 tbsp jeera
  2. 1 kgfresh fish
  3. 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  4. 4-5small piece Ginger
  5. 15-16 clovesgarlic
  6. 12dry red chillies
  7. 2bay leaf
  8. 2medium size onions
  9. 2tomatoes
  10. 1 tbsp black mustard
  11. 2big & 2 small cardamom
  12. 3-4cloves
  13. 1 tbsp turmeric
  14. 2 tbsp salt

Cooking Instructions

    Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder & 1/4 teaspoon salt gently over the fish pieces and mix them well

    Heat mustard oil in a Kadahi and slowly put pieces of fish one by one.

    Fry all the pieces golden brown both the sides and take them out on a plate

  4. 4

    Put all the dry cerials, along with onion,garlic & ginger leaving salt & turmeric in a Grinder.

    Add 1½ cup water & make out a fine paste

  6. 6

    Now use the same left over oil of kadhai and put bay leaf,grinded masala and chopped tomato

  7. 7

    Add Salt & Turmeric powder & mix them well.

    Cook the masala by covering it with a lid till the masala is cooked well and it is emitting oil.

    Put 1½ glass water and stir it well. When it starts boiling, wait for 2 minutes.Then add fried fish and mix them well

    Cover it with a lid for 5 minutes. open the lid,toss the pieces to the other side and again cover it with the lid for 2 minutes.

    Now tasty 😋😋😋 fish korma is ready to serve
