Wash and clean all leaves. Make a paste of besan to apply on the leaves.

Mix all ingredients together and add water 1/2 cup to make a thick paste. Now apply the paste on leaves and roll them.

Now arrange all the rolls in a steamer and steam them for half an hour.

Let them cool down and then cut.

Your patra is ready to serve.

Now add Tadka on it. Heat the oil add rai hing and sesame seeds in oil and spread on patra.
