Air-Fried Chana Masala Chickpeas

These air-fried chickpeas are not only the crunchiest but probably the tastiest chickpeas you will ever have.
Vegan and gluten-free, they are a healthier alternative to ordinary snacks and much crisper and quicker to make than if oven baked. All in all perfect for when you’re craving a delicious snack!

Mix all the above ingredients together. The Chana Masala Mix from @hangrypatels works really well as it adds a lovely spiciness to the chickpeas.

Air-fry the chickpeas for 15 minutes at 200°C (giving them a little shake halfway through cooking).

Once ready, I sprinkled with dried coriander leaves.

That’s it! Quick and simple and a much healthier and cheaper alternative to shop bought snacks.
