Ingredients

  1. 1cauliflower
  2. 2onions
  3. 1 cantomato puree
  4. 5 clovesgarlic
  5. Green chilli -1
  6. Cooking oil
  7. Salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala
  8. Double cream (optional)
  9. 2 tablespoonall-purpose flour

    Grate or coarsely grind the cauliflower. Fine chop green chilli and half onion. Mix them together in a bowl, with a teaspoon salt and red chilli powder, all-purpose flour.

    Heat some oil in a pan. Make small balls of the cauliflower mixture and fry them evenly until they turn golden brown. When done, keep them separately in a plate.

    In the same pan, fry chopped garlic and rest of the onion. Add salt according to taste.

    Now add turmeric. Let it cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Now add half can of tomato puree, and 1 cup of water. Cover it and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on slow.

    Add 2 tablespoon double cream.

    Turn off the heat. Pour the curry in a bowl, and add the cauliflower fritters in the bowl. Do not put them all together in the pan so they stay nice and firm.
