Pour warm milk into a bowl, add the yeast & mix throughly cover & allow to proof for 3-5 minutes then add in the melted butter, egg whisk thoroughly.

Mix the dry ingredients I.e flour, sugar & salt then add into the wet ingredients then stir & combine together to form a soft & sticky dough, drizzle oil on the dough, knead until it turns into a small soft ball.

Then cover with a towel or plastic wrap for 1 hour or until dough doubles in size,when it rises then punch it to deflate excess air, transfer to work surface then oil or flour the surface of the dough is still sticky, shape dough into long rectangle piece & cut into smaller parts.

This recipe will give you 6-9 medium size rolls or mini size balls, now roll each piece into a smooth, round dough ball. Lightly greese pan with oil or butter or line with a parchment paper to prevent sticking, gently arrange dough balls in it. Leave at least an inch space between them. Cover for additional 30-45 minutes so they can rise & double in size again for baking.

Pre-heat oven whisk egg & brush the rolls then put them into the oven & bake until golden brown.
