Honey & Lemon Marinated Cherry Tomatoes

I turned a recipe for a honey marinade that I saw in a cookbook into a slightly refreshing flavor This makes the perfect accompaniment to thickly flavored dishes or as a snack when entertaining guests.
Even though it's somewhat annoying, absolutely boil the tomatoes in water to remove the skins! Recipe by umafufu

Steps
- 1
Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.
- 2
Make the marinade. Place the honey and lemon juice into a storage container (such as Tupperware, etc.) and mix well.
- 3
Boil water in a pot and add the cherry tomatoes. After 10 seconds, immediately soak them in cold water.
- 4
Remove the skins from the tomatoes and add to the marinade from Step 2. Use a spoon to scoop the marinade over the tomatoes to gently blend in the flavors.
- 5
Chill in the refrigerator and it's done.
