Homemade Rice Milk

The recipe book that came with VitaMix said to use 100 g rice and 480 ml water, but I changed that a more manageable amount and posted the recipe here for my own reminder.
Adjust the amount of rice to suit your taste.
Other ingredient options:
- A pinch of salt
- Vanilla essence
- Your favorite sweetener, etc...
Add to the blender with the rice and water if using any other ingredients. Recipe by gh97923

Steps
- 1
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
- 2
Blend until the rice grains are completely gone and the mixture is slightly thick.
- 3
Transfer into a container and store in the fridge. You can use this to drink, for cooking, and baking as an alternative for milk.
- 4
I mixed in some kinako, white sesame seeds, and agave nectar to make this nutritious drink.
