In a pot add d wash meat,add ½ of ur salt,add d black pepper,add 2seasoning cubes,add ½ of garlic and ½ of ginger cut some onions cover and allow to come completely for about 20-25munites or untill soft

Pour d meat with little stock in to a bowl and take bake d pot on to d fire,Add d oil allow to heat add d meat fry untill little red colour affair on d meat,remove d meat from d fire

In same pot with d oil from frying meat,add Bay leaves,add ur grated tomotoes anko,with garlic and ginger,stir fry for 3-4munites add d sliced onions,add d seasoning stir well add curry then add d fry meat mix well and take out d meat with some fries on them and keep aside.

Add d meat stock in to pot add another water cover allow to boil wash ur rice and add,cover and allow to cook

Serve d rice + d peppered meat by d side,with some fry plantain, hard boil egg.ofcourse we want some freshness to d food we add some spring onions.
