Put the gram flour & wheat 🌾 flour,salt, black salt, vinegar,(chilli, garlic, ginger)paste baking powder.Add the water slowly and stiring till easy pouring like a pancake batter not thick..Rest the batter 10 minutes.

Chopp the all vegetables in small pieces and mix in the batter

Heat the non-stick tawa on middle flame. Pour the batter on tawa and spread evenly. Apply the oil and cook till bubble comes ou than flip it. Cook the both sides are golden brown.Masala Omlette is ready for serve.

Very delicious tasty Masala Omlette serve with tomato 🍅 sauce and green chutney.
