How to Eat Kimchi for Dieters

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

Jimmy-chan (a TV personality in Japan) said that he had some kimchi with sesame seed oil at a yakiniku shop. I tried it out and it was delicious. I added sesame seeds to make it even more delicious and good for the body.

Nothing. Heating the oil will oxidize it, but if you use good oil that doesn't need heating (such as olive oil or sesame oil), it is great for diets. Recipe by Suri-kubo
