Okara Mochi for Dieters

I love the chewiness of okara mochi, but I'm kind of bad about flavoring them with soy sauce, so I tried adding some ochazuke mix to the ingredients.
It's delicious with just the right amount of salt.
Add the ochazuke mix to taste.
This time, I tried with salmon ochazuke. Recipe by cocobear

Steps
- 1
Mix all the ingredients together. Add water a little at a time while keeping an eye on the consistency. It's also okay if it's a little soft.
- 2
Shape into balls and cook in a frying pan. If you use a non-stick pan, you don't need oil!!
- 3
Cook over medium heat until crispy on both sides to finish!! The ochazuke mix flavors it well, so you don't need to season with anything like soy sauce.
