In a bowl add carrot, beetroot.

Add mayonnaise,salt, black pepper and mix well.

Add the mixture on 4 slices of bread and cover with other 4. Add 1/2 tsp butter on tawa add bread and put 1/2 tsp butter on top and flip breads. Then cut and serve.
