Today I am sharing an overnight oats recipe made of oats, yoghurt, caramelized banana and walnuts, dark chocolate sauce and topped.with my favourite flax seeds and pomegranate. It is a dish that is full of proteins and nutrients, and also delicious to have. Oats and yoghurt are a good source of protein which are the basic ingredients of overnight oats. Moreover I used fresh fruit, nuts and dark chocolate to make my breakfast dish super healthy and delicious. It's like having healthy dessert at breakfast.

Take 1/2 cup oats to a bowl and mix it with 1 cup of low fat whisked yoghurt.

Cover and keep in the refrigerator overnight.

Next morning before serving caramalize ripe banana pieces and walnuts with 1/2 teaspoon butter and 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar.

Transfer overnight oats to serving bowl.

Add in caramelized banana and walnuts.

I made a chocolate sauce with dark cocoa powder and orange juice and icing sugar. Use 1 tablespoon of chocolate sauce to oats.

Top with toasted flax seeds, pomegranate arils and mint leaves.

Serve immediately.
