Its kinda like a Chai latte but with out the caffeine since it's made with herbal tea instead of black tea. It's a relaxing delicious drink.

2Chamomile Tea bags
2 tsp.honey
2 tsp.vanilla almond creamer
1/4 cupmilk I use almond
8 ozboiling water
Dashcinnamon and nutmeg

Steps

Put tea bags in a mug and pour boiling water in let sit 6 to 8 minutes then remove tea bags

Whip up milk, creamer and honey till frothy and pour on top of brewed tea

Lightly sprinkle on cinnamon and nutmeg and enjoy
