Gobhi Ki Curry | Cauliflower Curry

Heat 2 glasses of water in a vessel. Then add salt (1/2 tsp) & cauliflower to the water. Let it come to boil. After boil turn off the flame and drain the water.

Take a blending jar. Add Tomato (1 medium size), ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, dry red chillies and water (1 tbsp) to the blending jar. Then blend it and take aside.

Heat oil (4 tsp) in a pan. Then add cauliflower and salt (1/2 tsp). Fry it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame (keep stirring between). After 3 to 4 minutes, take aside.

Again heat 3 to 4 tbsp oil in the same pan. Then add cumin seeds (1/2 tsp), bay leaf,Cinnamon, green cardamom, sliced onion and hing.

Fry the sliced onion for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. After three to four minutes add chopped tomato. Fry till tomato soft.

After that add masala paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt (1/2 tsp), black pepper powder and kashmir red chilli powder. Mix it will. Cook till raw smell goes away.

After that add fried Cauliflower and garam masala powder. Mix it well. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.

After 2 to 3 minutes, add hot water (1 mug) and salt to taste. Cook it for 10 minutes in low flame and keep stirring between.

After 10 minutes, add coriander leaves and then ready to serve.
