Heat a pan 1tsp oil and add the oats and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and saute on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes or till it turns light brown in colour stirring occasionally keep aside

In a kadhi add oil and then cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilli and add onion 🧅🧅

Cook for few mins and add ginger garlic paste and all the veggies and masala

Stir till veggies are cooked add oact and water as needed

Cook for 2-3 mins and then add coriander leaves, lemon juice and serve
- 6
Serve hot
