Pork Offcuts Stamina Stir-Fry

I saw this recipe in a magazine and modified it to my family's taste.
Since the pork is covered in potato starch, when you add the seasoning, you'll get a nice thick sauce.
Adjust the amount of vinegar used for your desired acidity. Recipe by Hokkori-no

Steps
- 1
Form 5 cm piles of the pork offcuts.
- 2
Add vegetable oil to a heated frying pan. Lightly coat the pork from Step 1 with katakuriko, flatten and add to the frying pan. Cover with a lid and cook.
- 3
Once the color has changed, flip over, and cook uncovered.
- 4
Once cooked, add the seasoning, and pour over the meat repeatedly until you get a nice thickness. Then turn off the heat.
- 5
Add lettuce or other vegetables to a plate. Transfer the meat and top with any remaining sauce in the frying pan.
- 6
This is a version that doesn't use the pork piles "Beat the Summer Heat with Vinegar! Stamina Pork Stir-fry".
- 7
And this is a version with onions to fight against fatigue! "Rejuvenate from Fatigue Caused by the Summer Heat! Pork and Onion Vinegar Stir-Fry".
