2 pople
  • 80 gpeeled chickpeas
  • 25 gsundried tomatoes
  • 15 mlfresh lemon juice
  • 15 mloil from the sundried tomatoes
  • 10 mlaquafaba from the chickpeas
  • 1small garlic clove

Steps

    Add all your ingredients, but the aquafaba, to a blend and pulse to a puree. Add the aquafaba if needed and blend until smooth. Serve by topping with more olive oil and microgreens.
