Masala Oats

Oats are great source of fiber, anti-oxidants, Vitamins & Minerals. These include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and a reduced risk of heart disease. Here is my version of healthy masala Oats for breakfast or any meal.

Oats are great source of fiber, anti-oxidants, Vitamins & Minerals. These include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and a reduced risk of heart disease. Here is my version of healthy masala Oats for breakfast or any meal.
Steps

In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, sauté well. Add onion and mix wellm

Add all veggies and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add Red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook well.

Add water and let it come to a boil, now add Oats and cook well for 5-7 minutes covered with lid.

Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves.
