Ingredients

  • 1/3 CupOnion
  • 1/3 CupCarrot
  • 1/3 CupCapsicum
  • 1/3 CupTomato
  • 1/2 TSPCumin Seeds
  • 1 TSPRed Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 TSPTurmeric Powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededWater
  • 1 PacketSaffola Masala Oats
  • 2 tspCoriander for Garnishing
  • 1 TBSPOlive Oil

Steps

15 Minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, sauté well. Add onion and mix wellm

    Add all veggies and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add Red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook well.

    Add water and let it come to a boil, now add Oats and cook well for 5-7 minutes covered with lid.

    Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves.
