Bajri mula dhokli

Take bajri flour in bowl. Add garlic chilli paste, carrom seeds and oil mix it well.

Add soda, salt,turmeric, coriander powder in it and mix it well. Now make a semi soft dough.

Now make samll balls and press it in both palm and make small and thin roundals.

Make other ingredients ready. Add oil in cooker heat it.

Add masturd seeds, cumin and hing. Crackled it.

Add chopped mulu leaves and mix it.

Add all masala and mix properly.

Now remove the veggies from cooker. And add 1 layer the veggies. Now add 1 layer of bajri flour roundels.

Make layers one by one. In last add 1 cup water in cooker. Don't mix it just put cooker on flame. And give 4 whistle. Enjoy hot bajri mula dhokli with chilled curd.
