Chicken Sandwich

Boil chicken till soft

Shredd and keep aside.

Heat a pan,add oil.Add ginger garlic paste.Saute for 1 minute.

Add onion and capsicum,add salt and cook for 2 minutes.

Add shredded chicken,add red chilli powder and garam masala also.Mix.

Add a little water,cover and cook 2 minutes on low flame.

Put off flame and add mayonnaise and coriander leaves.Mix.

Take 2 bread slices,apply 1 tsp tomato ketchup on one and 1 tsp butter on another slice.

Put 2 tbsp chicken prepration on 1 slice,and cover by another as shown in picture.

Add 1 tsp butter on tawa/pan.Toast the sandwich till golden.Take out.

Prepare another sandwich in same way.

Serve.
