In a bowl mix suji, curd and water and cover it for 15-20 mins

Then to this add other masala ingredients along with soda and mix well

On a flame put the appe pan and then pour the batter to it

Cook for 2-3 mins on both the sides on a medium flame

In another Kadhai add oil and add mustard seed, green chilii and other veggies and fry it light

To this add red chilli, salt and coriander powder along with ketchup and schezwan chutney

Put it over appe and close the flame

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it as snack
