5dates (seedless)
5almonds
5cashew
5pistachios
1 tspdry grapes
1ripened banana (sliced)
3 tbspwarm water (to soak)
1 cupcold milk

Firstly, in a small bowl soak dry fruits and dry grapes.

After soaking dry fruits for 15-30 minutes in warm water, transfer to blender.

Also add 1 ripened banana, honey, dates and cold milk. Blend smooth.

Finally,pour dry fruit banana smoothie in a serving glass and serve.
