Ingredients

  • 2 lbStewing beef
  • 2 1/2 cupswater(for rice)
  • 2 cupswhite rice (rinced)
  • 1/2 cupteraki sauce (sauce)
  • 1/4 cupsoya sauce (sauce)
  • 2 tspminced garlic (sauce)

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute beef till brown. Add rice and water (separate container) on rack. Pressure "Hi" for 3 min. Quick release.

  2. 2

    Add sauce to beef. Pressure "Hi" for 1 min. Quick release. Microwave broccoli for 30 sec then add to beef mixture
