Ingredients

2 lbStewing beef
2 1/2 cupswater(for rice)
2 cupswhite rice (rinced)
1/2 cupteraki sauce (sauce)
1/4 cupsoya sauce (sauce)
2 tspminced garlic (sauce)

Steps

Saute beef till brown. Add rice and water (separate container) on rack. Pressure "Hi" for 3 min. Quick release.

Add sauce to beef. Pressure "Hi" for 1 min. Quick release. Microwave broccoli for 30 sec then add to beef mixture
