First take a bowl add gram flour Coriander salt and chilli powder now add water and make thin batter

For stuffing add all veggies paneer salt chilli flakes and mix herbs then mix well stuffing is ready now heat the nonstick pan apply drop of oil and spread all of the twa then put the batter on the twa and spread it and roast the chilla both of the side

Now keep the stuffing center of the chilla and fold like dosa now serve with chutney or sauce
