Tandoori chilla is one of the unique chilla with the hint of tandoori taste.As now a day dish which are smoked or tandoori is most wanted ,so thought to make tandoori chilla with some tandoori stuffed veggies, it’s really full of flavour and super yummy.So let’s not waist time head to the kitchen and start the recipe together .

First of all make tandoori masala by roasting coriander seeds,cumin seeds,carom seeds,fenugreek seeds,black peppercorns,black cardamom,cloves,mustard seeds and dry fenugreek leaves in a pan. Cool it and grind it in fine powder.
After that in this powder add red chilli powder,dry mango powder,chat masala and asafoetida mix it nicely and can store in jar for further use. - 2

Now in a mixing bowl add prepared tandoori masala,curd,ginger garlic paste and mustard oil mix it properly.

Meanwhile keep a coal on flame to burn,once it completely burned and red hot put in heat proof small bowl drizzle ghee,place it in the bowl of mixture and cover it for 5 minutes.

Then we will make the filling by adding all the sliced veggies and half of the tandoori mixture in a mixing bowl,mix well and then heat a pan on high heat sauté the veggies for 5 minutes,don’t make them soggy it should be crunchy,spread chopped coriander leaves.our filling is ready.

In a bowl add besan,half of the marination,baking soda,oil and water,make a smooth flowing

Heat a flat pan on medium heat and add a big spoon of batter and spread it evenly,drizzle some ghee and cook until golden brown.
Now in one side add filling and some grated cheese and fold it. - 9
Finally your tandoori chilla is ready to serve.serve it hot with chutney and salad.enjoy....
