Now take kedai and add oil and heat them and add cumin seeds.

Now add chopped onion and left for 2 minutes on low flame, now add all chopped vegetable and cover with plate and cooked for 7_8 minute on low flame,nd now add all spices.

Now add roasted sevaiya in it and add some water and cook for 2 minutes.

Now spicy and veg sevaiya ready for eating, Now serve it with sauce
