Wash and cut eggplant lenghwise then.place un.a plate.Spread the minced garlic on top.

Boil water then olace eggplant into the steamer and steam for 8 mins.When done remove and pour water out from.the plate pour soy sauce olive oil then mix it.Then sprinkle sesame seed.Serve
