Peel the beetroot and grate it.

In a mixer add the grated beetroot, add sugar,cocoa powder and vanilla extract.

Grind it in pulse mode until it forms a sticky dough.

Use a scoop and take out the dough.

Use clean hands and make small balls. Store it in the fridge for 2 days.
