Ingredients

  1. Forwhite sauce maggi
  2. 1 packetmaggi
  3. 1/2 cupchopped veggies (tomato, capsicum, peas, corn etc)
  4. 2 tbspbutter
  5. 2 tbspall-purpose flour
  6. 1 cupmilk
  7. 1/2 cupgrated cheese
  8. 1 tspmixed herbs
  9. 1 tspchilli flakes
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. For make dough:
  12. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  13. 3 tbspchilled butter
  14. 1 tspchillied water
  15. as per tasteSalt
  16. 1/2 tspmixed herbs
  17. 1/2 tspchilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

    To make white sauce Maggi, take pan boil 2 cup water, add veggies, maggi and maggi masala (which is given with packet). Cook it for 3 to 5 minutes (water have to be absorbed) and keep it aside.

    To make the white sauce, heat butter in a pan, add all-purpose flour and cook it for few minutes. Add milk slowly and make the lumps-free sauce. Add salt, chili flakes, mixed herbs, black pepper. Mix it well. Add cooked Maggi in it. Add cheese and mix it.

    For making galettes dough, we will take all-purpose flour, chilled butter, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and salt and crumble them. Now we will add chilled water and make stiff dough. Next wrap dough with cling wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Take some portion of dough and roll out it with rolling pin and cut it in small circles. Put one tbsp of the maggi mixture in centre of the circle and fold all sides of the circle to make mini galettes.

    Make all galettes like this and place it on baking tray. Now brush it with milk and bake it in preheated oven on 200d for 20 minutes.
